Exhibition

In participating in the conference STATPHYS 26, your organization will contribute to the success of the conference, while at the same time optimizing your visibility in this extensive and interdisciplinary community. We are sure that the experience will provide you with innumerable opportunities for making contacts and publicising your products.

The name and logo of your organization will appear on the programme, distributed to all the participants and you will figure as an official contributor on our conference web site https://statphys26.sciencesconf.org/. Your representative will have complete access to all aspects of the conference, including coffee breaks (and even to the morning runs and the Wednesday afternoon football tournament! – see web site) and we will provide one place for the gala diner.

EXHIBITION

Your organization could present a stand in the principal hall of the conference centre. The fee for presenting a stand is 1500€. The hall will be the hub of the conference, housing up to 1000 posters, the tea and coffee breaks and discussion areas, giving maximum visibility during the five days of the conference.

Concerning the stand itself, we will provide you with a space of roughly 6 m2 for the five days of the conference. The stand will consist of a table and two chairs, with access to mains electricity and to the internet via wifi. Poster panels can also be provided on demand. The stand can be installed on Sunday 17th July from 2 to 6 pm and taken down on Friday 22nd July between 5 and 8 pm. The conference hours will run from 8.30 am to 6.50 pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30 to 1.30 pm on Wednesday and 8.30 to 5 pm on Friday.

Additional representative for the same stand are possible by choosing the "Exhibition  representative" status with a registration fee of 150€ (VAT included). He/she will  have access to the hub of the conference break, discussion areas and sessions. Registering to the Gala is also possible using this status. Of course additional representatives who want to have a full access to the conference are welcome to register as conference participants.
